Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Because some of our items may include handmade or crafted elements, slight variations such as small bubbles, minor surface marks, slight color differences, or small edge irregularities may occur. These are not considered defects.
